This is the best way to describe this fellow.
One of the most curious characters, from his wardrobe to his skills. For new players, I would personally recommend either Bloodhound or Lifeline. Be sure to check out her guide as well. New players will have a layer of safety, a safety net in his abilities to help them avoid danger. Both characters help keep a player alive.
Bloodhound has passive tracking ability allows him to see enemy action markers and footprints with little time stamps as well as color intensity to give the player an idea of how far or in what time frame an enemy or enemies interacted with the area, doors, containers, other actions like use of abilities, and sliding, etc.
He even has a virtual crow posse to hint at an enemies position. I say virtual because they are only real for Bloodhound, a vision.
What do the crows mean?
There is no definitive explanation of what their purpose is as of yet but speculation is that they are there to highlight tracks and or significant action markers. My speculation is that the closer you are to the exact path the enemy used the more crows you will see, if you veer from the path the enemy used you will see less crows. -Edited 2/16/2019 0922
Now this is an amazing ability and one perfect for new players just getting to know the game as it will allow you to avoid most dangerous situations. Skilled players with this character tend to be much more aggressive, and will actively track down enemies in order to pinpoint their whereabouts. Once pinpointed it is up to him whether he communicates this information via pinging (which he should) and wait for his team to ready for attack, or he can take measures into his own hands and either face the enemy quietly or use his special ability…
The eye of the all father is essentially a radar blip, if the enemy is within a certain measurement away (lets say a few meters) it will show a burned image in your and your teams retinas for a second or two of his last position, direction he was facing, and whether he was crouching or not.
This is an OP ability if you don’t consider the negative side to it. For one when you use it you see your allfather radar go off in an orange spherical radius around you and regardless if the enemy is detected or not any, any enemy within a certain distance away will see an orange flash on their screen alarming them of your presence in the area. And number 2 if you end up detecting an enemy and you get a burned image of where they are, that same burned image can get in your way if trying to aim at them. Sometimes you may run into a situation when you use this ability just as they appear in front of you giving them an advantage over your momentary blindness.
The Beast of the Hunt, activating this apparently is audible so those friends or foe can hear you change. It also takes a couple seconds to regain control so one must be prepared for this lag because you will be susceptible to being killed. In this mode, you will be able to sprint 30% faster walk 20% faster(but whose walking), and the environment’s saturation level is turned down while the enemies avatars are turned up revealing them as orange against the gray surroundings. This is something best used outside as it does not allow you to see through walls (however you can still use your special ability in this form). You can however see enemies through smoke and or Caustic Gas. Your basic stats beyond mobility are the same, so you will still die just as easily, so be careful.
With bloodhound we will have to take into account higher level gameplay. Those experienced in the character can use AllFather’s help in pushing an enemy into an ambush by your team, assuming your enemy attempts to avoid you. While a more advanced enemy would stay their ground listen closely and expect your coming, expecting you to be lone wolfing.
Advanced players if they see a team with a bloodhound from afar they can attempt to lure them to their position for an ambush, expecting to see an orange flash when they are close. Using gas traps or smoke grenades to draw the bloodhound to come alone while grenades are thrown from outside in.
You could also use the Bloodhounds increased speed to allow you to draw the other teams focus away from your advancing team mates who could over run them while the enemy attempts to take you out.
One could also use his ultimate at a high vantage point in order to scan the horizon for orange figures in the distance.

To prospective top level bloodhound players (god level if you may), the best word of advice is to know the layout of every area and building on the map. The more you know your surroundings the more obvious the executions will become.
In the words of Bruce Lee:
Don’t get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.
However you wish to use bloodhound is up to you, He is easy to use and easy to master. I am interested in how he may change as a character over time. Or maybe he won’t.
